Read the story by Dana herself and wish to be lucky enough to find a gentleman like Mohtab, ladies...
“We started as colleagues (He liked me from day 1) before we became best friends. We connected over great conversations, good food, and amazing art. We then fell in love and are now writing these words.
I went on a family vacation without him on my birthday. I tried not to call or think about him but I broke down and called him the same day I travelled. He proposed the same day I came back from vacation and we've been together ever since. He is the love of my life.
The decision to have a destination wedding was a difficult one as it meant that some of our close friends and family could not join us but at the same time, a classic wedding reception didn’t fit our character as a couple; we wanted to create a memorable personal event and to make it special for us and everyone.. so we combined the celebration with a family vacation in one destination and the magical city that witnessed the birthplace of civilization seemed like the right place to be”
The color palette and style of the wedding: “Tropical blooms and modern, summery colours featured strongly at our wedding. The dreamy surroundings of the Oceanside and sunset provided an ideal setting for the venue”
Favorite moment and all the crafted details: “Embrace the landscape. Mohtab and I made sure the styling of our wedding did not interfere or compete with the view and natural surroundings. The vibe of the wedding was as relaxing and calming as the scenery itself and the decorations weren’t excessive or unnecessary. The ocean remained the focus of the wedding.
I carried a bouquet of roses, peonies, berries, baby daisies and sweet peas in coral, peach, raspberry and green.
Our wedding cake had a 3-tier with layers of chocolate mousse with strawberry bavaroise, strawberry pieces and was iced with buttercream frosting. In keeping with the surroundings it was decorated with colored flowers.
My lace puffy dress that "flows in the wind” fitted in perfectly with my fairytale personality.
I tried it on and I simply couldn’t resist. It fit like a glove.. I didn't have to alter anything except the length. I guess it was meant to be!
I am already thinking of planning another photo shoot someday in an autumn wonderland, surrounded by trees that are skirted by pools of autumn gold and rust colored leaves”
“We now know that planning and organizing a wedding can be stressful and challenging for newly engaged couples.. It is like having a second full time job, yet still entirely achievable within any given timeframe. It is so rewarding to see all your hard work come together and definitely make ‘You Two’ the most important part of your day”
They were kind to say about us: “It was impressive to watch how the team worked with all of our family and guests. They were good at giving directions when needed and equally good at fading into the background when necessary. The full Phosart crew made the whole experience fun and kept making jokes and interacting with us and the family. I really can’t recommend them highly enough!
Our pre wedding, wedding day and post wedding photoshoots were absolutely beautiful. The Phosart family are true artists. George approaches shooting with an artist’s eye. We really appreciated his attention to details and candid moments that, along with the more obvious photo-ops, helped to capture the full spectrum and depth of our wedding”
